Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and, for bikes, that they are protected according to our shipping guidelines.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection for bike frames.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
